My name is Patricia as a doula, I will be centured on teaching and empowering new parents by offering the information, emotional, and physical support you need throughout the birthing process and beyond. We all know being a parent doesn't come with instructions, although we wish it did!
Allow me to help you create a birthing plan, comfortable techniques, navigating challenges, advocacy, partner support, basic newborn care, emotional support. I promise to make a difference in your family's birthing experience and the transition to parenthood.
